As a person ages, common oral problems occur. The elderly are the ones suffering from these problems and as a proof, almost all of them do not anymore have even a single natural tooth (there are exceptions to the rule).
People from all ages can have dental implants. As long as you have healthy gums & teeth bones, and not a smoker, you are highly qualified to undergo this dental procedure. If your teeth bones have deteriorated, no worries! You can have bone grafting first before having implants. Smokers too do have another choice that is somewhat synonymous to dental implants, and that is, fixed dentures. These dentures are cemented on the gums of the person, so you don’t have to put denture adhesives everyday!
